A Little About My Approach

As a mom, I know how quickly those newborn days seem to disappear. One minute you are bringing your baby home, learning all their little sounds and expressions, and trying to soak in every sleepy cuddle. Then suddenly they are not quite so tiny anymore. I know how easy it is to wish you could press pause on those early days, and that is a big part of why I love being a newborn photography!

When I was looking for newborn photos for my own babies, I wanted something that felt like a middle ground between a heavily posed studio session and a calm, relaxed lifestyle session at home. I wanted beautiful, thoughtfully styled images, but I also wanted them to feel natural and authentic. I couldn’t quite find that middle ground, and that became a big inspiration for my studio and my style of newborn photography. My sessions still focus on your baby and the connection between your family, but with a relaxed and natural feel that allows your baby’s personality and your relationships to shine through.

My studio is located in Milestone, Saskatchewan, conveniently nestled about 30 minutes away from both Regina and Weyburn, making it a perfect option for families looking for a Regina or Weyburn newborn photographer! The studio is fully stocked with wraps, blankets, outfits, headbands, props and everything else we need for your baby’s session. All you need to bring is your baby and milk!
